Shalarth is a centralized web based Integrated System of personnel information and Payroll for Grant-in-Aid Institution in Maharashtra. It is an important component of IFMS (Intregrated Finance Management System) with facility for data exchange with other important modules of Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries. It is the first step in the direction of achieving the aim of paper less electronic payroll system i.e. paybill generation, electronic submission, electronic audit and electronic payment to employees along with e-payslips.

  • As per the directions of the department, all the pending DCPS employees have been converted to general employees and shifted to Level 3 DDOs in case of ZP and to Level 2 DDOs for others. Request all the educations officers, superintendents and all other relevant approving authorities to approve the forms pending.

  • Attention : As per the directions of the department, All the draft form pending for last 5 days will be auto deleted from system.

  • Important Notice : Please tick component FA from Dept. Eligibility for Allowances and Deductions screen at level 3 for ZP and at level 2 for others before providing FA at Assistant level Login..
